Refunds.

Refund and Cancellation Process

Unopened C—Bombs product may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To begin a return, contact support@cbombs.co with your order number. We will issue a return authorization and shipping instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact support@cbombs.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and product. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, at your preference.

Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong product, the wrong quantity, or your shipment is missing items, contact support@cbombs.co within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the order at no cost.

Contact Support Before Filing a Dispute

Please reach out to our support team before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. We resolve most order issues within one business day. Filing a dispute without contacting support delays your refund and may result in account restriction.

Processing Timelines

  • Return authorization: within 1 business day of your request.
  • Refund issued: within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • Replacement shipment: within 1–2 business days of approval.

Fraud and Compliance Review Cancellations

Orders cancelled by our fraud or compliance review process are refunded in full to the original payment method within 1–3 business days, regardless of fulfillment status.

Ingredient or Compliance Review Cancellations

If a production lot is held from sale due to an ingredient, label, or compliance review, affected orders are refunded in full and customers are notified by email.
